Payment Policy

nova-c displays US prices and order totals in USD. Checkout should show the product subtotal, any discount, shipping, applicable sales tax, and the final amount before the customer completes payment.

Payment methods are limited to those enabled and shown by Shopify checkout, such as major credit or debit cards and compatible digital wallets. Availability can vary by device, issuer, order, and risk review. Payment logos are informational and must match real options.

Payment credentials are encrypted and handled by Shopify and the selected provider. nova-c does not store full card numbers or security codes. A provider may require address verification, fraud screening, or 3-D Secure authentication.

We accept an order after authorisation, inventory review, and confirmation. A declined, reversed, duplicated, or suspicious transaction may be held or cancelled. If we captured funds for a cancelled order, we return them to the original payment method. Refunds follow the published Refund and Return Policy.

Never send a password, one-time code, or complete payment details to nova-c by email, text, or phone.
